New Delhi [India], Sep. 2 : Fascinated towards biopic, Emraan Hashmi recently expressed his desire to portray RD Burman, if there's any biopic on the singing doyen ever.
Though no announcement has yet been made about the movie, when quizzed who would he want to see playing Burman's role in the movie, the 37-year-old actor said, "I am very selfish so I want it to be me and also because I have best songs in the Industry." The 'Gangster' actor also expressed his fondness for biopics, saying, "I possess great fascination with biopic flicks because we are putting up someone's life on celluloid and I would really want to see Sir Burman's biopic whenever it's releasing.
I don't think it's on floor as yet but it will definitely be very very interesting film and will have great music." On a related note, Emraan will begin filming of his first home production flick 'Captain Nawab' from the coming year.
Making his production debut with this film, he said it has an intense story and is based on a real life event.
'Raaz Reboot' will hit the screens on September 16..
