RSS warns CPI(M) of consequences over attacks on party members

New Delhi [India], Jan. 27 : With crude bombs being hurled at Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) offices today in Kerala, the party has lashed out at Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M)), warning that if they continue with such attacks there will be dire consequences.

"They are murdering the RSS workers and also conspiring to blame them. This dualism is well known to the people about the CPI(M). It is my warning to them, if they continue with such kind of acts they will face serious consequences," RSS leader Rakesh Sinha said.

He added that the central government should take actions against the CPI(M) and intervene so that the Kerala government will take this seriously.

Crude bombs were hurled at the RSS officers in Naruvamoodu and Mattannur on Friday on which the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) asked for a shutdown.

There have been many attacks reported on the BJP and RSS workers in Kerala in the past. In another incident in the district, a country-made bomb was hurled at the RSS Karyalaya at Thaliparamba on January 19, said police, adding no one was injured in the incident.
