London [UK], Jan. 29 : Lindsay Lohan, who kicked off the New Year by deleting all of her Instagram posts, has recently returned to the platform with a bang.
The 30-year-old posted about a meeting she had with Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the President of Turkey and described it as a 'dream'.
'What a dream it is for Mr. President Erdogan and The First Lady to invite me to their home. Their efforts in helping Syrian Refugees is truly inspiring,' she wrote in her caption. She added: '#peace starts now @a_boynukalin @hilalkaplanogut @rterdogan please for peace @therealdonaldtrump Alaikum Salam' and ultimately closed out: '#cleanslate2017 #theworldisbiggerthan5' In another post, Lohan shared a photo of her sitting with a group including President Erdogan and his wife in the president's lavish 1,150-room complex.
'This. Now. This moment. A moment in time. Is to forever exist. #peace #2017 #theworldisbiggerthan5 hashtag yourself to help the Turkish people and what they do everyday.
#theyearoflindsaylohan #sevenwonders @rterdogan #lohanclub is a form of making others happy,' she captioned.
Lohan had previously expressed support for Turkey's efforts to host nearly three million Syrians fleeing their nation's five-year war, the State-run Anadolu news agency said as reported by the Daily Mail.
