Boil 100 gm noodles. Drain, sprinkle 1 tsp refined flour. Fry in hot oil. Mix dressing with vegetables, garnish well with fried noodles. |

Mint leaves 1 cup Oil 1 tsp Limejuice 1tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Green chilli 1 Grind together. Mix well. Toss with salad. |
SPROUTED MOONG SALAD

Sprouted Moong 2 cups steamed Cabbage 1 cup finely shredded Spring Onions 6 finely chopped Green Chillies 2 finely sliced Coriander leaves ½ cup chopped Fresh coconut ½ cup grated Sugar ½ tspn Lime Juice 1 tbspn Oil 1 tbspn Salt to taste |
Mix all the ingredients together. Sprinkle the grated coconut and coriander on top. |
RAW PAPAYA SALAD

Mix all the ingredients well. Arrange salad leaves on a bowl and serve the salad on this. |

PANEER KHEER

500g watermelons 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves, sprigs for garnish lime juice Pinch of salt & freshly ground black pepper |
Remove skin, seed and the white part from the watermelon. Cut into bite size pieces and put it in a serving bowl. Drizzle limejuice over the fruit slices and season with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with whole sprigs of mint. Serve chilled. |
