New Delhi [India], Mar 27 : India's leading online recruitment marketplace Aasaanjobs on Monday announced the launch of its unique search and filter feature for job seekers on its platform.
The feature enables recruiters and companies to shortlist candidates for interview, basis pre-decided keywords.
The facility is currently available only to Aasaanjobs partners. Partners on the Aasaanjobs platform will now be able to search the database of a million job seekers by using keywords for whatever skills they are looking for.
The feature will allow them to search for relevant content on the candidate's profile as well as his CV.
"We are immensely excited to roll out this unique feature. It works like a complete CMS solutions for recruiters and companies alike. Instead of spending hours on searching for the right candidates, our partners can now simply search by well-thought-out keywords.
As per the initial response from our partners, the feature is already making their job much more efficient and convenient," said VP Marketing AasaanJobs, Siddharth Gupta.
Recently, the company also launched a unique referral Program for Job seekers on its marketplace platform.
As a part of the program, Aasaanjobs sends referral alerts to those prospective candidates who would have fixed their interview for that particular job.
