Mahoba (Maharashtra) [India], Mar. 30 : At least eight people suffered injuries on Thursday after eight coaches of Delhi bound Jabalpur-Mahakaushal express derailed near Uttar Pradesh's Mahoba railway station.
The incident took place at around two p.m. No casualties have been reported so far. District officials from Jhansi and General Manager of North Central Railway, M. C. Chauhan rushed to the sport. "One AC-II coaches, three AC-III caoches and four sleeper coaches are among those which have been derailed.
Around 7-8 people are injured. The route between Jhani and Allahabad has been affected," Manjar Karar, Public Relations Officer (PRO), Northern Central Railway told ANI.
Accident relief medical van from Jhansi and Mahoba has also been deployed to tender the injured people.
