Pak Army warns India against cross LoC ‘misadventure’

New Delhi [India], May 13 : The Pakistan Army on Saturday warned India against any 'misadventure' by its troops along the Line of Control (LoC) and the International Border (IB).

"Any Indian Army misadventure across LOC 'll be a miscalc,shall be responded with full force (and) could lead to unintended consequences (sic)," tweeted the spokesperson of Pakistan Armed Forces, Major General Asif Ghafoor.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Pakistan military's meda wing in a statement also accused the India Army of killing civilians along the LoC while warning that any further action would trigger 'unintended consequences'.

The warning came as India accused Pakistan of ceasefire violation for the third consecutive day on Saturday.

India said that Pakistan initiated heavy shelling and artillery in the Nowshera sector of Jammu and Kashmir that killed two civilians.

Following the heavy mortar shelling from across the border, thousands of residents form the Nowshera region were evacuated.

The Jammu and Kashmir government has set up make shift tent camps and arranged food for the dislocated.
