Washington D.C, Aug. 15 : Gwen Stefani's Dallas tour brought a pleasant surprise for her fans when the sensation's crooner boyfriend Blake Shelton joined her on stage for a duet performance.
The spectators went gala as soon as the 40-year-old country singer stepped out with his guitar in hand, looking all prepared for the romantic rendition of 'Go Ahead and Break My Heart' with his lady love, reports E!Online.
During Stefani's solo, Shelton lip synced the words right back to her before the two broke out in song together.
As Blake prepared to leave the stage, Gwen wrapped her arms around him to sneak in a quick hug and a smooch.
The duo, who made their red carpet debut as a couple back in February, candidly spoke about what their collaboration means to them.
"This is one of my favorite songs I've ever written or recorded. The song couldn't possibly be more honest. I'm honored to have written and to perform this song with the great Gwen Stefani. Respect," said Blake when the performance was announced. Gwen added, "Yeah, it feels like, 'Wow, that happened.' I can't believe I wrote a song with that guy. And then we got a chance to sing it together on 'The Voice'. It was a miracle. It was incredible.".
