Jason Lewis to address Harvard IRC, Worldview’s Gen-Z Conference

New Delhi [India], August 11 (ANI-Newsvoir): The incredible journey of Jason Lewis had started in 1994, when he, along with Steve Smith, a fellow adventurer, set out on the 75,000-km journey from Greenwich, London which would have taken them across the globe.

Jason had circumnavigated the earth using a paddleboat, kayak, roller skates and a bicycle. Jason has been an inspiration to many and now promotes sustainability. As a part of this, Jason has travelled to 37 countries, talking to students and involving them in issues like world citizenship, conservation, zero carbon emission travel and awareness of consumption habits on the health of the planet.

Jason Lewis will be addressing 1500 student delegates as well as leaders from various industries at the Harvard MUN India conference, which is co-hosted by The Harvard International Relations Council and Worldview Education.

FLAME University, the pioneer for liberal education in India will continue its association with Harvard MUN India for the fourth consecutive year as the lead partner of the conference.

As part of their engagement with the students, senior professors from FLAME University will run skill development tracks on relevant skills such as persuasive writing, public speaking, debating for the delegates of the conference.

"HMUN India is striving to bring together student leaders who hope to improve their societies through innovative and wide-ranging voices and develop the world socially, economically, and politically to create a better future for all of us.

FLAME University has a similar goal to push the design and nature of studies and to create a societal upgradation phenomenon particularly in the fields of liberal education and leadership.

FLAME University is conceptualised with a desire to give something back to society. Hence, it is only fitting that HMUN and FLAME University have an association to achieve their common goals.

Coca-Cola India, which is partnered with Worldview as a 'Sustainability Partner' to reach out and engage with the Gen-Z and the educators community in India will also run tracks for students and educators at the conference on topics such as 'Circular Economy' and 'Sustainability in Schools'.

Worldview is an experiential learning platform for Gen-Z that develops and delivers various programs that engage students in finding solutions to global issues while building their own personal attributes.

Worldview aims to be a catalyst for the Gen-Z to discover and unleash their intrinsic leadership potential.
