Washington D.C. [USA], Nov. 23 : Looks like Adele is going to expand her family with Simon Konecki as she closes US tour in Phoenix.
Closing her final US show at a sold-out 'Talking Stick Resort Arena', the 28-year-old pop superstar bid farewell to her audience by announcing she was 'off to have a baby', reports dailymail.co.uk.
"Give it up for me - I did it!" she yelled as ticker tape rained down from the rafters. Saying, "I'll see you on the other side. I'm going to have another baby!" she descended from the stage. The 'Hello' singer, already a parent to four-year-old son Angelo, later celebrated her imminent break by raising a celebratory glass of champagne onstage with her backing band.
Following the gig the 'Rolling in the Deep' crooner shared, on Instagram, a cute snap of a welcome home banner made by her son in anticipation of her return to the UK.
The image showed a hallway lit by a lamp and a huge home-made sign, decorated with painted hearts, spots and handprints.
"I just finished my 107 shows in 10 months. 100% live every night. I bloody smashed it, even if I do say so myself. You lot have been incredible, every night you've been so beautiful, loving and engaged," she captioned the picture.
"My band and my crew you made the whole thing turn. And my beautiful family made it easy for me to do. Big love x," she thanked. Reportedly, the 'Someone Like You' hitmaker will enjoy a break from the road till late February, when she will set out to finish the tour with a handful of dates in Australia and neighboring New Zealand.
