One of the most awaited period dramas of 2019, Ashutosh Gowarikar’s Panipat is all set to hit the theatres worldwide on December 6. The film stars super amazing talents like Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and an eclectic cast that includes Padmini Kolhapure, Mohnish Bahl and Zeenat Aman in a Special Appearance which makes it all worthwhile.
We all know how Ashutosh’s films are all about intriguing storylines and majestic sets, which gives the best cinematic experiences. With Panipat too, the maverick director is all set to take his magnum opus Panipat to an all-new cinematic high. Panipat is based on the Third Battle of Panipat, which is one of the most epic battles in the history of India that took place on 14 January 1761 at Panipat. The battle was fought between the northern expeditionary force of the Maratha Empire and invading forces of the King of Afghanistan, Ahmad Shah Abdali, supported by two Indian allies—the Rohilla Afghans of the Doab, and Shuja-ud-Daula, the Nawab of Awadh.
Directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar, Panipat is produced by Sunita Gowariker under their home banner AGPPL in association with Rohit Shelatkar's company – Vision World. The film is scheduled to release on December 6, 2019.
Having a namesake can be troublesome! A few days ago, a bunch of reports suggesting that Bollywood producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah was duped of Rs 5 crore after investing into iridium business, took over the internet. The Nagpur Police's Economic Offences Wing even arrested an accused. However, it later turned out that the person concerned and the popular Bollywood producer aren't really the same people!
The producer of films such as Commando and Force, Shah has also released a statement to clear the air. "I was extremely surprised to read the news item published in various media portals of me being duped of Rs 5 crore in Iridium scam. I wish to place on record that the news is completely baseless and untrue and has nothing to do with me. I deny the story in its entirety," it reads.
Earlier, reports stated that Shah and his partner were lured into investing in iridium business as the accused told them that they were into collecting antique coins that contained iridium as an ingredient.

Following this, Remo filed a pre-arrest bail plea at the Mumbai High Court, so that he could approach the Ghaziabad court and seek cancellation of the warrant. The Bombay High Court, however, had dismissed Remo's anticipatory bail plea stating that the warrant was yet to reach the Mumbai police.
Businessman Satyendra Tyagi allegedly lent Rs 5 crore to Remo, who borrowed the money to produce an upcoming film of his and promised to return him double the amount once the film released. The film in question was called Death of Amar, a thriller that starred Rajeev Khandelwal and Zareen Khan. However, Tyagi claimed that he never received his money. In 2016, he filed a case at the Sihani Gate police station in Ghaziabad. After Remo failed to appear before the court, the warrant was sent out by additional chief judicial magistrate Mahendra Rawat.
The Bombay High Court, while dismissing Remo's anticipatory bail plea, also stated that no action was being taken against him right now since the warrant was yet to reach the Mumbai Police.

Salman Khan who is gearing up for the release of Dabangg 3, has started shooting for his Eid release- Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. The actor took to Twitter to share a picture of the team announcing that the film has gone on floors.
In the picture, Salman Khan is seen alongside Sohail Khan, Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Prabhu Deva, and Randeep Hooda. He captioned the picture, "And the journey begins."

Salman Khan had announced the film a few weeks ago after Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film Inshallah got shelved. Reportedly after shooting the current schedule of Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, Salman Khan will resume the promotions of Dabangg 3.
This will be the third collaboration between Salman Khan and Prabhu Deva after Wanted and Dabangg 3. Radhe is produced by Sohail Khan & Reel Life Production Pvt. Limited under the banner of Salman Khan Films. The film is reportedly the remake of the Korean movie, The Outlaws which released in 2017. It was directed by Kang Yoon-sung and starred Ma Dong-Seok and Yoon Kye-Sang.
