With several back-to-back hits and a National Award for the Best Actor, Ayushmann Khurrana has become the go-to person for brands. Now, Titan eyewear has roped in the actor as their brand ambassador. The actor will be endorsing all their three categories-frames, sunglasses and lenses-and will also feature in the upcoming multi-media campaigns for Titan frames and sunglasses.
Talking to a daily, Ronnie Talati, CEO of eyewear division of Titan said that the brand caters to consumers from the age group of six to 60. He said that the brand represents grounded, inclusive and pioneering persona. He said that there couldn't have been a better ambassador to personify these traits of the brand other than Ayushmann.
Talking about the association, Ayushmann said that he is glad to be associated with an iconic brand that has redefined eyewear from the past 10 years. The actor said that eyeglasses make for an important aspect of the look and that is what makes this association even more exciting. He is looking forward to unveiling his looks in the coming months and even promises it to be as diverse as his movies.

Amitabh Bachchan is currently hosting the 11th season of the reality game show Kaun Banega Crorepati. The show which has managed to stay strong on the TRP charts recently got into a controversy which led to #BoycottKBC to trend on Twitter.
On Thursday's episode, Amitabh Bachchan asked the contestant on the hot seat a question based on the Indian history. The question put up by the host was, “Which of these rulers was the contemporary of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb?” The four options were, Maharana Pratap, Rana Sanga, Maharaja Ranjit Singh and Shivaji.
Soon after netizens criticized the show and Amitabh Bachchan for referring the Mughal ruler Aurangzeb as Samrat and calling the historical ruler of Maratha just by his name-Shivaji. Several people asked the channel and the actor to issue an apology for not using a salutation before taking the Maratha ruler's name.
After the outrage, Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter to apologise to all those whose sentiments were hurt. He wrote, "No disrespect meant at all .. apologies if it has hurt sentiments .."

Akshay Kumar who is simultaneously shooting for multiple projects was recently filming a pivotal scene for the upcoming film Sooryavanshi. During the shoot of the Rohit Shetty directed cop-drama in Mumbai, Akshay Kumar suffered a hand injury.
As per reports, he sprained a muscle in the left arm. The physiotherapist taped the affected areas and the actor carried on with the shoot. Most parts of the film have been shot in Bangkok, Mumbai and Hyderabad, including the much talked about climax including Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn in their cop avataar. While a majority portion of the film has been shot, there are a few scenes and song sequence between Akshay Kumar and the lead actress Katrina Kaif that remains to be filmed.
Akshay Kumar's hand injury came to notice in a recent video the actor had posted on his Instagram feed. The actor who will soon be seen in a music video titled ‘Filhaal’, had picked a portion of the song and acted it out with co-star Katrina Kaif. Sharing the video, he wrote, "Been reading all your comments on the #FilhallTeaser and so many of you said it reminded you’ll of Namastey London. Coincidentally, I was shooting with our very own Jazz aka @katrinakaif today for #Sooryavanshi and we have a little surprise for you all.”

Actress Nushrat Bharucha had shot for a song for the upcoming film Marjaavaan along with the lead actor Sidharth Malhotra. The song titled 'Peeyu Datke' was shot at Vasai fort and in a Mumbai studio. The song was inspired by a Rajasthani folk song and composed by Honey Singh. However, one now gets to hear that the song will not be making it to the final cut of the movie.
According to reports, director Milap Zaveri and his team felt that the song hampered the pace and decided to edit out the song. The decision was taken after holding meetings with the producers Bhushan Kumar and Nikkhil Advani along with Nushrat and Siddharth. The report further states that Nushrat had no issues with it as she understood the intent. However, all the effort will not go in vain as the makers have decided to release the song independently after a few months.
On the other hand, the makers have retained another dance number featuring Nora Fatehi. The song is a recreation of Jaanbaaz chartbuster ‘Pyaar Do Pyaar Lo’.
Marjaavaan is slated to release on November 15 with Sidharth Malhotra and Tara Sutaria in lead roles. The film also features Riteish Deshmukh in a negative role.

"I love Amar as a director. He is someone with whom I would like to work in the future. I think Bala's trailer is really unique and the film has really good actors like Saurabh Shukla, Javed Jaffrey, Yami Gautam, and Bhumi Pednekar -- and Ayushmann is obviously wonderful," said Varun, while interacting with the media at a special screening of Bala.

Actor Bharath made his debut in 2003 with Shankar's Boys. The 36-year-old actor made the announcement on social media. Sharing pictures with Salman Khan and Prabhu Dheva, Bharath has called it a "dream come true."

Anand Pandit's much-awaited mystery thriller Chehre starring Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi will now release on 24th April 2020. The film is directed by Rummy Jafry.
The film went on floors in the month of May this year. Earlier producer Anand Pandit said that the film is a mystery-thriller that revolves around a group of friends including some of them who are retired lawyers. Amitabh Bachchan essays the role of one of the lawyers whereas Emraan Hashmi will play a business tycoon. These friends meet up at a bungalow in Shimla and play a psychological game. They are constructing a huge bungalow set in Malad, Mumbai.
Chehre also stars Kriti Kharbanda, Rhea Chakraborty, Siddhanth Kapoor, Drithiman Chakroborthy and Raghubir Yadav with Annu Kapoor. This is the first time that Emraan Hashmi and Amitabh Bachchan will be seen sharing screen space. A few months ago, the actors had shared their respective looks from the film.

Remo now says that the case is false. Talking to a news agency, the filmmaker said that there is a false case against him and the lawyer is taking necessary action. Since the case is in progress, the filmmaker said that he is not at the liberty to divulge further information.

The film in question was called Death of Amar, a thriller that starred Rajeev Khandelwal and Zareen Khan. However, Tyagi claimed that he never received his money. In 2016, he filed a case at the Sihani Gate police station in Ghaziabad. After Remo failed to appear before the court, the warrant was sent out by additional chief judicial magistrate Mahendra Rawat.
On the work front, he recently finished shooting for the dance drama Street Dancer 3D. The film will reunite the ABCD 2 pair Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor.
