The tables, it seems, have finally turned on Rhea Chakraborty’s detractors. Sources say she is ready to strike back at the ferocious caucus of witch hunters who have been hounding her out of the film industry and possibly this godforsaken world as well.
Rhea will now be taking counter-legal action against Sushant Singh Rajput’s family who have been heaping her with the most brutal allegations including murder and fraudulence. Sources say Rhea is all set to hit back with detailed lawsuits challenging many of the charges levelled at her by Sushant’s family.
What is especially heartening is that Rhea has a lot of growing support from within the film industry. While powerful voices such as Swara Bhaskar, Taapsee Pannu, Vidya Balan, Sona Mahapatra, and Laxmi Manchu have spoken in Rhea’s defence, many other vital voices will be coming forward in Rhea’s support in the coming days.
An A-list filmmaker who has worked with Sushant says the tendency to remain quiet comes from the fear of being trolled. “The anti-Rhea group is very vocal and obviously sponsored by powerful elements. The minute you say anything that is seen to not support Rhea’s media lynching, you are shouted down as anti-national. Justice for Sushant is fine. We all want that. What about Justice for Rhea?”

Siddharth Pithani, the roommate of Sushant Singh Rajput was summoned by the Central Bureau of Investigation for questioning regarding the actor’s death case. There are a lot of aspects in the case that require explanation including the trigger that led to the actor’s unfortunate demise. Since there was no suicide note, close to three months after his death, the top agencies of the country are looking into the matter. In his recent questioning, as per the reports, Siddharth Pithani revealed that Sushant Singh Rajput was indeed shaken by the death of his former manager Disha Salian.
Siddharth said that he fell ill after the news of Disha’s suicide broke out and asked him to give all the details. Sushant Singh Rajput had asked him to sleep in his room since he was not in a condition to be left alone. His sister and Siddharth were constantly there to help him out and he had even fainted. Sushant had even spoken to the firm Cornerstone that had appointed Disha Salian as his manager since Shruti Modi was injured. The incident took place the very next day that Rhea Chakraborty left and his sister Priyanka arrived to live with him.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is being investigated thoroughly by the Central Bureau of Investigation, who have recently announced that there is no murder angle in the case and they will continue to probe the suicide angle. A lot of people have been summoned for questioning so far and one of them is Sandip Ssingh, who claimed to be one of the closest friends of Sushant Singh Rajput. However, the late actor’s family refuses to acknowledge knowing Sandip Ssingh. Like many others, he has also been accused of being involved in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.
Sandip Ssingh has now decided to file a defamation case against those making false allegations and accusations on him for being involved. His media manager took to his Twitter to announce the news and when Sandip was contacted for a comment by another portal, he said that things were in process and refused to comment anything further than that. His manager wrote, “#SandipSsingh to file a defamation case against those who are spreading rumors and are behind all the false allegations.”
More updates regarding the same are awaited.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case has been unfolding, slowly, with the Central Bureau of Investigation looking into the matter. However, it was recently revealed by Sushant Singh Rajput’s ex-manager Shruti Modi’s lawyer that the actor’s family did not have cordial relations. As per the reports, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer revealed that the actor was asked to take three anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medicines by his sister Priyanka. However, when he suggested that he will not be able to buy those without a prescription, she somehow arranged it from Delhi’s Ram Manohar Lohiya Hospital while she herself was in Mumbai.
As per the latest reports, the prescription that was given to Sushant Singh Rajput with the anti-anxiety and antidepressants was actually signed off by a cardiologist Dr. Tarun Kumar. He is a well-known cardiologist from the hospital, which renders the prescription as unethical unless consulted via a digital portal. However, since a cardiologist cannot ethically prescribe a mental health patient with medicines, the authenticity of the said prescription is in question. According to the recent reports, the doctor and the hospital have refused to comment on the matter.
The CBI has also informed that there is no murder angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, however, they will continue to probe the case.
Two months after the demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the apex court appointed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to probe the case. After days of probing the case, three officers part of the CBI team who are investigating the death of the actor told India Today that they have so far not found any evidence of Rajput being murdered.
Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14. He was found hanging in his apartment in Mumbai. A month after his demise the family of the actor filed an FIR againt actress Rhea Chakraborty for abetment of suicide. Reportedly, the CBI is focussing on the suicide angle and examining if a case can be made for abetment of suicide.
After taking over the case from the Mumbai Police, the CBI went through all the evidence collected and even reconstructed the scene of his death. They have also interrogated key suspects including Rhea Chakraborty. The actress has been interrogated for nearly a total of 35 hours till date by the CBI.
While the CBI is focusing on the suicide angle, it is not officially closing the case yet.

Bollywood Hungama has been constantly consistent in giving exclusive updates about YRF’s Project 50, which marks the 50 years of the prestigious banner. We were among the first to reveal that Aditya Chopra is taking the Tiger franchise forward with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, and with Maneesh Sharma on board as the director, he is planning to mount the film on a humongous budget of Rs 350 crore, thereby making the biggest Bollywood action film till date. During the 2019 Eid release, Bharat, Ali Abbas Zafar had confirmed that he will be collaborating with Salman on Tiger 3 and has cracked an exciting idea too for the same. Soon after, the reports started flowing in that Ali will no longer direct Tiger 3, however there was no reason given out by anyone.
We have now exclusively got hands at the behind the scene story of what went behind building Tiger 3. “Ali Abbas Zafar is one of the biggest directors in today’s time and but obviously, after delivering a blockbuster in Tiger Zinda Hai, Adi and Salman were both keen to have him back on board as the director. In-fact, Ali had even started working on the script of Tiger 3, taking forward an idea that Aditya Chopra had presented to him. Adi believes Ali is among the most promising directors of Hindi cinema in today's time,” a source told Bollywood Hungama on condition of anonymity. However, soon, Adi was informed that Ali is working on developing multiple scripts at the moment, including Mr. India, Katrina Kaif’s superhero film and also concentrating on projects for his production house. “Adi was clear on the fact that Tiger 3 will not just be the biggest film of his production house, but also the biggest that Bollywood has seen till date. He had a particular vision for the franchise and to translate that to spectacle, he wanted Ali to give 100% dedication to Tiger 3 for a period of 2 to 3 years, which included scripting, pre-production, post-production and finally the release. Adi doesn't believe in the idea of multiple films at same point of time,” the source informed ahead.
However, with films like Khaali Peeli almost set to go on the floor, and a studio partner waiting to bank roll his ambitious superhero universe consisting of Mr. India and a female superhero in Katrina Kaif, Ali wasn’t too sure on allotting the said time to Tiger 3. “Of course, Ali wanted to direct it, but he was looking at a wider course of working on 3 to 4 films over a period of three years vis-à-vis just one film for two to three years. Adi believes in the funda of looking at one film at a time, and couldn’t be in sync with Ali’s outlook, despite having complete faith in his vision and skills as a director. After several rounds of discussions, Adi felt the need to part ways, and got Maneesh Sharma on board the franchise. Adi was clear that a franchise like Tiger requires complete dedication from the director. Maneesh wrote a screenplay and shared the blueprint of his vision and action sequences with Aditya Chopra, who was simply blown away by the vision. He then went with the same to Salman, who instantly gave his nod and loved it to the extent that he was compelled to change his line-up of films overnight, putting Tiger 3 in the priority list,” the source also said, adding further that Adi and Ali will definitely do one more film together and there is no bad blood between then. For Ali, Adi is like a mentor and they decided to part ways on Tiger 3 following a civil discussion.
Adi and his entire team have been personally looking into all the scripts that are being made under YRF Project 50, and Tiger is his baby, considering that it’s his story that’s being
worked on. “The action scenes aside, which will be humongous to say the least, being the last part of the franchise, Tiger 3 has a strong emotional core too, which has impressed Salman, Katrina and Adi the most.” The film is slated to go on the floors around February next year and will be shot across the globe. The pre-production work has already begun. An official announcement is expected on September 27.
