Epson launches express service centres in NCR

New Delhi [India], May 27 : Digital imaging and printing solutions provider Epson on Friday announced the inauguration of two express service centres in Noida and Gurugram.

Opened with the intention of catering to the service needs of customers in the Delhi NCR region, the express service centres will focus on enhancing the customer experience by offering and completing service within one hour, irrespective of the warranty status.

Epson's express service centres aim to address the growing customer demand for an ultra- quick and effective resolution to any product problem and are expected to be especially useful for customers who use Epson products to run and sustain their businesses.

The centres will focus on repairing and servicing entry and mid-range inkjet printers primarily. Epson has express customer service centres running in Indore, Raipur and Rajasthan and is gradually extending the concept to other key cities across the country.

The Noida and Gurugram centres are spread across 880 Sq Ft and 900 Sq Ft respectively with ample seating capacity and offer a customer- friendly environment to provide quick and effective service.

Epson currently has 314 service centres in 252 cities across the country in addition to the five Epson express service centres.
