TAHINI DIP

Sesame Seeds 125 gms Gram Dal 50 gms Vinegar 1 tbspn Curds 4 tbspns Oil 1 tsp Olive or Cooking oil Salt to taste |
Roast the sesame seed and gram dal. Powder them Mix with the other ingredients. Serve with cucumber, radish or any vegetable sticks. |

ZESTY DIP

Mix well. Chill and serve. Serve with wafers, Cream crackers or on salted biscuits as a topping. |
CURD AND PEANUT CRUNCHY DIP

Curd 2 cups (tied and hung in a cloth for 4-5 hours) Peanuts ½ cup roasted and coarsely pound Fresh coriander leaves 2 tbspns chopped Paprika 1 tspn Cream ¼ cup Salt to taste |
Mix curd well, to get a smooth paste. Add all the other ingredients. Serve with chips or crackers. |
HERBY CHEESE DIP

Heat milk and cheese together on low heat. The cheese will melt and you get a smooth creamy dip Add the herbs, salt and pepper and mix well. Keep covered until served. (Will turn thick and lumpy if left for long) |
FRESH HERBS DIP

ALMOND DIP

Roast the almonds lightly. Blend in a liquidizer with all other ingredients, except, olive oil. Beat in oil gradually so that the dip attains a creamy texture. Serve with vegetables |
