TAHINI DIP

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
Sesame Seeds 125 gms
Gram Dal 50 gms
Vinegar 1 tbspn
Curds 4 tbspns
Oil 1 tsp Olive or Cooking oil
Salt to taste
Roast the sesame seed and gram dal. Powder them
Mix with the other ingredients.
Serve with cucumber, radish or any vegetable sticks.

 

CHEESE DIP

Cheese 1 cup grated
Fresh Cream 2 tbspns
Green Chilli 1 chopped
Vinegar 1 tbspn
Salt to taste
Blend together. Serve with chips or crackers.

 

ZESTY DIP

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
Thick curd ¾ cup
Fresh Cream 3 tbspn
Green Chilli 2 chopped
Radish 1 cup grated
Cucumber 1 cup grated
Salt to taste
Mix well. Chill and serve.
Serve with wafers, Cream crackers or on salted biscuits as a topping.

 

CURD AND PEANUT CRUNCHY DIP

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
Curd 2 cups (tied and hung in a cloth for 4-5 hours)
Peanuts ½ cup roasted and coarsely pound
Fresh coriander leaves 2 tbspns chopped
Paprika 1 tspn
Cream ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Mix curd well, to get a smooth paste.
Add all the other ingredients.
Serve with chips or crackers.

 

HERBY CHEESE DIP

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
Cheese 1 cup grated
Milk ¼ cup
Oregano ¼ tspn
Thyme ¼ tspn
Pepper pwd ¼ tspn
Salt to taste
Heat milk and cheese together on low heat.
The cheese will melt and you get a smooth creamy dip Add the herbs, salt and pepper and mix well.
Keep covered until served. (Will turn thick and lumpy if left for long)

 

FRESH HERBS DIP

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
Cheese Spread 200 gms
Curd ½ cup thick
Fresh Cream ½ cup
Parsley ¼ cup minced
Garlic 2 cloves minced
Vinegar 1 tbspn
Lime juice 1 tbspn
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients together.
Serve with corn chips

 

ALMOND DIP

Almonds ¼ cup blanched
Garlic 1 clove crushed
Pepper ½ tspn
Salt 1 tspn
Tomatoes 1 cup peeled and chopped
Vinegar red 3 tbspns
Olive Oil ½ cup
Roast the almonds lightly.
Blend in a liquidizer with all other ingredients, except, olive oil.
Beat in oil gradually so that the dip attains a creamy texture.
Serve with vegetables

 

SALSA

Tomatoes 2 medium Skinned
Green chilli 1 chopped
Blend together to a smooth consistency
Onion 1 tbspn chopped
Vinegar 1 tbspn
Chilli sauce 1 tspn
Fresh coriander 1 tbspn chopped
Salt to taste
Mix well and serve with corn chips
