London, August 2 : Assuming it to be a blast for fiction enthusiasts, Jared Leto, the famous comic book villain from 'Suicide Squad,' has recently expressed his desire to get in an on-screen head-to-head battle with Ben Afflick's Batman.
The 44-year-old Oscar winning actor does not want to limit his stardom to the 'Suicide Squad' sequel and aims at taking on Batman, reports The Independent.
"I think it would be incredible to see Batman and the Joker go head-to-head! This Batman and this Joker.
I mean, I don't know, that might be too much But that would be fun," he said during an interview with the Toronto Sun.
Stating that his role in forthcoming David Ayer's 'Suicide Squad' is just the introduction to his character, Leto said, "I could easily just play the Joker a couple more times and then retire because it's so fulfilling and so creative and it's so imaginative.
It's really difficult to think about doing anything else." Warner Bros confirmed the solo 'Batman' movie with Affleck after he enthralled the audience and critics with his role in 'Batman Vs Superman: Dawn of Justice', earlier this year.
But the movie is expected to hit the cinemas till late 2018..
