New Delhi, Aug 5 : Now, all you curious souls can feel a bit relieved as Karan Johar has finally made one of the biggest announcements that the nation was waiting for - the release date of the second part of 'Baahubali,' titled 'Baahubali: The Conclusion.' The 44-year-old filmmaker took to his Twitter handle to announce April 28 next year to be the date which will have answer to "Katappa ne Baahubali ko kyun mara? Why did Katappa kill Baahibali?)" "@BaahubaliMovie The Conclusion releases on the 28th of April 2017 @arkamediaworks @Shobu_ #Prasad @dharmamovies," he tweeted.
"Dharma Productions and AA films are honored and proud to associate once again with the genius @ssrajamouli 's vision," read his other post.
Reportedly, director SS Rajamouli said that the second part of the epic historical fiction would be "more emotional and with more grandeur." The movie will star Prabhas and Anushka Shetty in the lead.
It will also star Rana Daggubati as the antagonist, who coincidentally was also a part of Anushka's 'Rudhramadevi.'.
