Guetta then performed with Minaj, performing 'Light My Body Up'. The stage then turned over to Derulo and his set of backup dancers for 'Swalla,' with Minaj and her dancers hanging in the background on a row of chairs.
The singer ended her performance by singing 'Regret In Your Tears'. This was Nicki Minaj's fourth appearance on the Billboard Music Awards stage and her first television performance since breaking Aretha Franklin's long-standing record for female artist charting the most songs on the Billboard Hot 100.
