London [UK], June 21 : Steven Moffat and Mark Gattis are coming again for a series and no it is not 'Sherlock'.
According to The Independent, the duo behind hit-TV series 'Sherlock' are re-uniting for a new take on the Bram Stoker vampire classic, 'Dracula'.
Work on the new series has yet to begin in earnest as Gatiss and Moffat are currently working on solo projects.
But talks are already underway on broadcast rights in the U.K. Details regarding the series are still minimal. Casting has yet to begin and the series will be of the same format as 'Sherlock,' coming as a miniseries run of feature-length episodes.
The mini-series will be the first collaboration between Moffat and Gatiss since the last 'Sherlock' episode aired in January.
They both have said that there are no current plans for a new series of 'Sherlock', but have not ruled out returning to write more episodes in the future.
Even actor Andrew Scott who plays the character of Moriarty in the detective series has also said that fans should not expect another season of 'Sherlock' soon.
