Mumbai [India], Sept. 1 : Spellbound by his daughter's performance in A.R. Murugadoss' 'Akira,' Shatrughan Sinha was recently seen all in praise for Sonakshi Sinha. "Today I can say, Sonakshi Sinha is a worthy daughter of a worthy father," he stated during a special screening of the movie yesterday.
Further speaking about the flick, Sinha said that Sonakshi has emerged as a one woman army in it. "After ages I saw a movie which is gripping and entertaining, filled with emotion and action. For the first time, Sonakshi Sinha has emerged as a one woman army in the movie. I am not saying this as a father; rather I am stating it as an experienced and legendary actor, who has done more than 250 films that even I did not dedicate so much into action, as Sonakshi did in this film," he said.
'Akira,' which also stars Konkona Sen Sharma, Anurag Kashyap, Amit Sadh, Atul Kulkarni and others, is all set to hit the theatres tomorrow.
